Frequently Asked Questions

How long will it take for me to receive my book(s)?

Books will be shipped 6-12 weeks after the order date. Please refer to the shipping policy for more information.


Are there any custom fees I have to pay for my items and why?

Orders are shipped from the UK. Any custom fees will be applied at checkout as part of your shipping fee.


You will not receive any separate emails from the UK shipping courier, Evri, about custom fees. It will all be handled during your checkout process. Your fees will be taken from your order total and be paid directly to the courier by me. 


These fees must be paid so you can receive your order. (You can blame, I mean, thank, the current US president for these new extra fees).


I know this is frustrating, and I’m truly sorry for any inconvenience caused. But I really appreciate you for wanting to support me. I completely understand if paying extra fees do not work for you and I completely respect your decision not to order signed paperbacks from me.


Failure to provide the correct email address will result in order delays. Please be aware that no refunds will be provided to those who provide the wrong email address while making their order. 


If your order is shipped in more than one parcel, each parcel will have a tracking number that you will be able to follow.


If you plan to order more than 3 books, your order will definitely be shipped in more than one parcel and all parcels will have a separate tracking ID.


What should I do if my order hasn’t arrived within the expected time?

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

Please contact me. I'll ask for an image of your book(s) and send out a replacement ASAP. I am not responsible for damaged parcels. Please refer to the terms & conditions for more information.


How do I update my shipping address after placing an order?

Please ensure that you place the correct address during the checkout process. If you've accidentally provided the wrong address, then please contact me ASAP.


Please note, you will be responsible for any re-shipping costs required if your order has already been dispatched and your order will only be re-shipped once it's been returned back to my location.


I've provided the wrong email in my order details. How can I rectify this?

It is your responsibility to ensure that the correct email address is provided at checkout. If an incorrect email address is entered, you must notify me and provide the correct email within 24 hours of placing your order.


If the order has already been processed or shipped and an incorrect email address was provided, no refunds, cancellations, or replacements will be granted.


Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Books are shipped to the US, UK & Canada. If you live outside these regions, please contact me.


Can I get a refund/cancel or modify my order after it’s been placed?

Unfortunately, you cannot get a refund/cancel/modify your order. All sales are final.


Do you ship to P.O. boxes?

Please note that I am unable to ship orders to P.O. Box addresses. To ensure successful delivery, a full residential or business street address must be provided at checkout.


I haven’t received my tracking ID but my order has been marked as shipped. What’s going on?

Please contact me ASAP and I’ll send you your tracking ID(s).
