How long will it take for me to receive my book?

Books will be shipped 4–6 weeks after the order date. Please refer to the shipping policy for more information.

What should I do if my order hasn’t arrived within the expected time?

Can I track my order once it has shipped?

You'll receive a dispatch notification once your order has been sent out with a tracking number for you to track your parcel.

What should I do if my book arrives damaged?

Please contact me. I'll ask for an image of your book and send out a replacement ASAP. I am not responsible for damaged parcels. Please refer to the terms & conditions for more information.

How do I update my shipping address after placing an order?

Please ensure that you place the correct address during the checkout process. If you've accidentally provided the wrong address, then please contact me. Please note, you will be responsible for any re-shipping costs required and the book will only be re-shipped once it's been returned back to my location.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Books are shipped to the US, UK & Canada. If you live outside these regions, please contact me.

Can I get a refund/cancel or modify my order after it’s been placed?

No you cannot get a refund/cancel/modify your order. All sales are final.
