- All signed paperback books are shipped 6-12 weeks after the order date.
- This timeline allows for the preparation, signing, and secure packaging of your order.
Tracking Information
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. If you don't receive your tracking number and your order has been marked as shipped, please contact me ASAP.

Delays
- While we strive to ensure timely shipping, please note that Miss Jenesequa is not responsible for delays caused by the postal carrier, customs, or other unforeseen circumstances.

- Any customs fees or duties will apply at checkout with shipping fees. Custom fees will be taken from your order total and be paid directly to the courier, Evri, by Miss Jenesequa.
