To ensure your order is processed and delivered correctly:

• You must provide the correct shipping address at checkout. Miss Jenesequa is not be responsible for incorrect or incomplete addresses.
• Double-check the number of books you wish to purchase before finalizing your order. Orders cannot be adjusted after they are submitted.

3. Postal Carrier and Parcel Conditions

• While every effort is made to package your books securely, Miss Jenesequa is not responsible for any damage caused during transit by the postal carrier.
• If your parcel is damaged, you may file a claim with the respective postal service.
