  • Incorrect order details provided by the customer (e.g., wrong address or quantity).
  • Damage caused by postal carriers during transit.

Damaged or Lost Parcels

  • While we ensure all orders are securely packaged, Miss Jenesequa is not responsible for parcels damaged or lost by postal carriers.
  • If your parcel is damaged or lost, please contact the postal carrier directly to file a claim.
