I am very pleased to present to you this book and PDF guide based on my own experiences in nursing. I work as a nurse in Finland, and I have dedicated a lot of time and effort to studying both independently and online, while also gaining valuable experience on the job.

My motivation to write this book came from a desire to share knowledge and help others. I have seen and experienced how challenging it can be to adapt to a new work environment and culture. For Thai nurses and other immigrants, understanding and navigating the Finnish healthcare system can be particularly difficult.
