Artboard 1

Where has this e-book been my entire life? The Book of 52 is filled from top to bottom with the MEANEST PUMP that 52 workouts can provide. If you're looking for something to add to the madness of your week's workout routine, look no further. The HARVESTER himself has formulated a masterpiece that will blow the sleeves right off that checkered flannel!

The main part of Arm Farm Friday that I love is the authenticity. Just a pen, paper, and a meathead writing down what other meatheads want to see. It's so simple, yet so effective. It makes getting to the gym fun, not a chore. Doing these workouts has no competition, no outright goal other than getting after it with a group of like minded people.

What I specifically love about this program is that it is short, sweet, and to the point. It gives you some of the simplest workouts out there, but it's intense and makes you bust your a**. If you're lifting already and aren't doing Arm Farm Friday, then you need to make time to fit in. If you're serious about gains and want to start somewhere, look no further than Arm Farm Friday.
