Allowing Beyond the Wheel participants to engage critically with the material and apply insights in ways that are relevant, ethical, and sustainable within their own professional contexts. Beyond the Wheel Workshops create space to examine how capability is amplified or constrained, how assumptions and power dynamics influence experience, and how dignity, choice, and autonomy are upheld through thoughtful professional practice.

Each module has its own individual certificate, allowing participants to evidence learning selectively and progressively.
