Version of 24 October 2026. These terms apply to the English-language collection of the Catharsis22 shop.

Article 1 – Purpose

These terms of sale apply to every order placed on the Catharsis22 online shop, hosted by the Payhip platform. Placing an order means accepting the terms in force on the day of the order.

Article 2 – Seller

The products are sold by L'AVVENTURA, a limited liability company (SARL) with a share capital of €2,510, registered with the Périgueux trade and companies register (RCS) under number 800 019 770 (head-office SIRET: 800 019 770 00026), whose registered office is at 7 place du Château, 24160 Excideuil, France. VAT number: FR59800019770. Manager and publication director: Carole Girard. Contact e-mail: catharsis22.music@gmail.com. Catharsis22 is the name of the shop and of the work created by Carole.

Article 3 – Products

The shop offers digital content to download:

• a song (audio file) with its journal (PDF file);
• an album (several songs and their journals);
• a complete opus (4 albums);
• free content (excerpts, introductory journals).

The songs and journals are artistic works and personal support material, inspired by recognised practices. They do not replace a health professional and are not a medical treatment.

Article 4 – Prices

Prices are shown in euros. For customers in the European Union and the United Kingdom, prices include VAT, which depends on the customer's country and is calculated at checkout by the Payhip platform. Any other applicable sales tax is shown before payment. The price that applies is the one displayed when the order is placed. Discount codes apply under the conditions shown (duration, number of uses) and cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.

Article 5 – Ordering

The customer chooses the products, checks the basket, then confirms the order and the payment. Payhip sends a confirmation e-mail summarising the order. The customer must be of legal age or have the consent of a legal guardian.

Article 6 – Payment

Payment is due when the order is placed. It is processed securely by Payhip and its payment providers (bank card, PayPal). The seller never has access to the customer's banking details.

Article 7 – Delivery

Content is delivered as download links, immediately after payment, on the confirmation page and by e-mail. The customer checks that their device can play audio files and open PDF files. If a download fails, the customer writes to catharsis22.music@gmail.com and a new link is sent.

Article 8 – Right of withdrawal

Digital content supplied without a physical medium cannot be withdrawn from once delivery has begun with the customer's prior, express agreement and the customer's acknowledgement that they lose their right of withdrawal (French Consumer Code, article L221-28, 13°). Before paying, the customer ticks a box asking for immediate access to the files and waiving that right. The receipt sent by e-mail confirms this agreement.

If a file is faulty or does not match the description, the customer benefits from the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content (articles L224-25-12 and following of the French Consumer Code, for 2 years): the file is replaced or, failing that, refunded.

Article 9 – Intellectual property and permitted use

The songs, texts, journals and visuals are protected by copyright. Buying them gives a private, personal right of use for the customer and their household. The following are forbidden without written permission: resale, online sharing, public broadcasting, commercial or professional use (workshops, practices, training) and modification of the files.

Article 10 – Liability

The content is offered as personal support material, to try at your own pace. It does not replace the advice of a doctor or a mental health professional. If you are in distress, call your local emergency or crisis line. In France: 3114 (suicide prevention), 15 or 112; for domestic violence, 3919 or 17. In the United States: 988. In the United Kingdom and Ireland: 116 123. The seller cannot be held liable for a use of the content that goes against these indications.

Article 11 – Personal data

The data needed for the order (name, e-mail, country, payment data) is processed by Payhip and its payment providers to carry out the sale. The data controller for the shop is L'AVVENTURA. Subscribing to the newsletter (sent with MailerLite) is optional and requires the customer's consent. The customer may ask to access, correct or delete their data at catharsis22.music@gmail.com and may lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL). Details are in the privacy policy, available in the footer of the shop.

Article 12 – Complaints

Any complaint is sent to catharsis22.music@gmail.com. A reply is given within 3 working days.

Article 13 – Mediation

Before contacting the mediator, the customer first sends a written complaint to the seller (Article 12). If the dispute is not resolved, the customer may use, free of charge, the consumer mediator: Société Médiation Professionnelle (SMP), Alteritae, 5 rue Salvaing, 12000 Rodez, France. Article 14 – Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Failing an amicable solution, the dispute is brought before the competent courts under the rules of the French Consumer Code. Mandatory consumer protections of the customer's country of residence remain unaffected.
