Refund, Return & Shipping
In case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, Creatibles offers a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery, and provide a clear photo showing the issue.
If there’s an issue affecting multiple products that use the same design, an additional photo (or video) of all affected items visible in one frame, will be required for confirmation purposes.
Creatibles will not be held responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds if you ordered the wrong size or color, so please pay attention to the guidelines given and contact us with any questions or concerns beforehand.
Since products are only printed once ordered, returns and exchanges are not supported.
If an order is being returned to sender/lost in transit, and an invalid address was provided, a refund of the product price only will be issued (Less the shipping and tax fees).
Shipping
Please note that all shipping of items will be done via Printify LLC which is located @ 108 W 13th St, Wilmington DE, 19801 USA.
Creatibles is currently shipping only to the USA.
Expect your items to be shipped within 2-5 business days and a tracking number provided.
Automatic integration with Printify is currently unavailable on this platform, therefore your orders will be placed manually until further notice.
As a result, please ensure your email address is entered with each purchase, and contact us by email with the relevant details of each order.
