About Me
Monika Wiśniewska is a writer and an English teacher with a master’s degree. She moved to England in 2004, shortly after Poland had entered European Union and she worked her way up from the bottom of the career ladder, eventually becoming a successful professional. In 2018 she wrote her first book Polish Girl in Pursuit of the English Dream, a memoir where she revealed the harsh reality of coming to England as an immigrant whilst sharing her reflections on life, relationships and her journey to self-discovery. She also described how everyone can find the true, unconditional love. She now lives in Slough, UK
