About Me
A little bit about me, I have been working in finance and only have masters from UK and Canada. I DIYed my whole petition (Employment-Based Immigration: Second Preference EB-2, National Interest Waiver) after over 20 immigration attorneys refused to take my case. The best response is "very challenging for you to get approved under EB2NIW"
However, I have successfully received the approval notice (No RFE) for US green card under EB2NIW category in 2023. I have absolutely no research experience (not a researcher at all, no papers, no citations). I spent several months writing a super compelling petition letter to convince USCIS that I am also eligible for EB2NIW even without any academic research background.
I am now offering my petition letter and 5 recommendation letters for those who are not academic researchers. Hope I can help you guys to dig deep into your work experience, identify useful evidence and write a convincing petition to secure your green card.
