DIGITAL DOWNLOAD POLICY

Thank you for purchasing digital products from Graffix Society. Please review this policy carefully before completing your purchase.

Digital Products

Digital products are electronic files and no physical item will be shipped unless the product listing specifically states otherwise.

Digital products may include PNG files, graphics, printable designs, templates, digital artwork, or other downloadable files.

Please read each individual product description carefully to understand exactly what is included with your purchase.

Download Access

After payment is successfully completed, your digital files will be made available electronically through Payhip.

Customers are responsible for providing a valid email address and maintaining access to the email account used when placing the order.

If you experience difficulty accessing your files, please contact Graffix Society for assistance.

File Compatibility

Before purchasing, please make sure the file type listed in the product description is compatible with the software, printer, cutting machine, design program, or other equipment you plan to use.

Graffix Society is not responsible for incompatibility with a customer's software, device, printer, cutting machine, or other equipment.

Colors and Printing

Colors may appear differently depending on your monitor, device, printer, ink, paper, material, and print settings.

Graffix Society cannot guarantee that printed colors will appear exactly the same as they do on your screen.

For best results, customers should use appropriate printing equipment, materials, and settings for their intended project.

Refunds and Exchanges

Because digital products are delivered electronically and cannot be physically returned, digital purchases are generally non-refundable, non-returnable, and non-exchangeable once purchased or delivered.

If you receive the wrong file, a damaged or corrupted file, or experience another technical problem with your purchase, please contact Graffix Society so we can review the issue and assist you.

This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection laws.

Personal and Commercial Use

Usage rights may vary by product.

Please review the specific product listing for any personal-use or commercial-use permissions included with your purchase.

Unless a product listing specifically states otherwise, purchasing a digital product does not transfer copyright or ownership of the artwork or design to the customer.

You May Not

Unless written permission or a separate license specifically allows it, digital files purchased from Graffix Society may not be:

• Resold, shared, traded, or redistributed as digital files
• Uploaded to file-sharing websites or groups
• Given away for free
• Copied and sold as your own digital design
• Included in digital design bundles for resale
• Used to create competing digital download products
• Altered slightly and resold as a digital file

Physical End Products

When commercial use is permitted by the individual product listing, you may use the design to create eligible physical finished products such as apparel, mugs, tumblers, bags, signs, or similar items for resale.

You may not sell or distribute the original digital file itself.

Always review the individual listing for specific licensing terms.

Copyright

All original digital designs remain the intellectual property of Graffix Society unless otherwise stated.

Purchase of a digital product grants only the usage rights described in the product listing and does not transfer ownership or copyright.

Unauthorized Sharing

Sharing purchased digital files with friends, family members, businesses, social-media groups, or other individuals who have not purchased the file is prohibited unless the product license specifically permits it.

Each purchaser should obtain their own licensed copy.

No Physical Shipping

Digital products are delivered electronically and do not require shipping. Shipping charges should not apply to digital-only purchases.
