Eligibility to Purchase

By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into a purchase agreement or that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian when required.

You are responsible for providing accurate information when placing an order.

Product Information

Graffix Society makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, images, pricing, sizing information, and other details.

Payments may be processed through Payhip and supported third-party payment providers.

Graffix Society does not generally receive or store complete credit-card or debit-card information.

Submitting an order does not guarantee that Graffix Society will be able to fulfill it.

If a paid order is canceled by Graffix Society before fulfillment, an appropriate refund will be issued when applicable.

Custom Orders

Custom and personalized products are created based on information provided by the customer.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate:

• Dates
• Wording
• Sizes
• Colors
• Photos
• Logos
• Quantities
• Themes
• Shipping information
• Other customization instructions

Please review all information carefully before submitting your order.

Graffix Society is not responsible for customer-provided errors reproduced exactly as submitted.

Design Proofs & Approval

When a design proof or preview is provided, customers are responsible for reviewing it carefully.

Approval confirms that the customer accepts the design as shown.

Once an approved custom order enters production, changes may no longer be possible.

Additional revisions beyond the original request may require additional fees.

Photos, Logos & Customer-Submitted Content

When submitting photographs, logos, graphics, artwork, trademarks, names, or other materials, you confirm that you have the necessary rights or permission to use those materials.

Graffix Society may decline requests involving materials that may violate another person's copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights.

Customers are responsible for obtaining necessary permissions for content they provide.

Digital Products

Digital products are delivered electronically and no physical item will be shipped unless specifically stated in the product listing.

Customers are responsible for confirming compatibility with their software, equipment, printers, cutting machines, or other devices before purchasing.

Because digital products cannot be physically returned, digital purchases are generally non-refundable once purchased or delivered, except where required by law or when Graffix Society determines that an error occurred.

Digital Product Licensing

Purchasing a digital product does not automatically transfer ownership or copyright.

Unless a product listing specifically states otherwise, digital files may not be:

• Resold as digital files
• Shared with others
• Redistributed
• Given away
• Uploaded to file-sharing platforms
• Included in digital bundles for resale
• Claimed as your own original artwork
• Altered slightly and resold as a competing digital product

Commercial-use rights, when available, will be described in the applicable product listing or license.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, original artwork, designs, graphics, logos, photographs, website content, product images, text, branding, and other materials created by Graffix Society remain the intellectual property of Graffix Society.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, modify, publish, or commercially exploit Graffix Society content without permission except where a purchased license specifically allows such use.

Physical Products

Physical products may be handmade, printed, personalized, or produced individually.

Minor variations may occur between items.

Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, sizing information, care instructions, and customization requirements before ordering.

Shipping

Shipping times and production times are separate.

Processing times may vary depending on:

• Product type
• Customization
• Quantity
• Material availability
• Current order volume

Graffix Society is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, holidays, service interruptions, incorrect customer addresses, or other events outside of our reasonable control.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Return and refund eligibility depends on the type of product purchased.

Custom, personalized, and digital products are generally not eligible for return or refund simply because the customer changes their mind.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error by Graffix Society, please contact us so the situation can be reviewed.

Order Cancellations

Cancellation requests should be submitted as soon as possible.

Cancellation is not guaranteed.

Once design work, production, printing, customization, material purchasing, or fulfillment has begun, an order may no longer qualify for cancellation or a full refund.

Customer Accounts

Certain Payhip features may allow customers to create or access an account.

Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login information and for activity that occurs through their account.

Please notify the applicable platform provider if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

Email Communications

Customers may receive transactional emails related to:

• Orders
• Payments
• Digital downloads
• Shipping
• Customer support
• Account activity

Customers who voluntarily subscribe to marketing communications may also receive information about new products, promotions, special offers, and store updates.

Marketing emails may be unsubscribed from when an unsubscribe option is provided.
