About the Author
Sana Najmi
💙 Life Coach | 💌 Writer | 🌻 Advocate for the strong silent women
Sana Najmi is a certified Life and Money Coach and the author of the How to Coach Yourself series, a memoir-meets-method approach that pairs her own lived story with the practical, structured coaching tools readers need to work through it themselves.
Each book comes paired with its own dedicated, 150-question companion workbook, designed to move readers from insight to action rather than leaving them with information alone.
Her path to coaching wasn’t linear: over the past 15+ years, she has worked as an English teacher delivering the Cambridge and Pearson Edexcel IGCSE curricula, spent nearly eight years as a Senior Accountant at Majid Al Futtaim, and mentored and tutored students along the way. What looked like several unrelated careers eventually revealed a single thread: helping people become stronger, more capable versions of themselves.
That realization led her to coaching, where she now works with ambitious women navigating people-pleasing, boundaries, and self-worth. Her approach is built on a simple belief: people don’t need to be fixed. They need help uncovering their own blind spots, asking better questions, and learning to coach themselves through life’s harder moments.
Sana writes the way she coaches, with warmth rather than clinical distance, and a belief that healing doesn’t require a grand production, just honesty, structure, and the willingness to begin. She lives in the U.A.E., where she continues to write, coach, and build out the Coach Yourself series one book at a time.
