Receive your files

After successful payment, Payhip opens a download page and emails your receipt and download link. Keep the receipt. Check spam or junk folders and confirm the email address used at checkout.

2. Download and unzip

Save the full file to your device. If it is a ZIP, extract it before opening the contents. Keep an untouched original and work from a copy.

3. Check compatibility

Use the software and file formats named in the listing. PDF, Excel and Google Sheets support, printability and editable fields vary by product.

Try downloading again or using another browser. Contact Kitwhim with your order reference, product, device, app and exact error. Never send passwords, full card details or completed files containing private information. Pending payments must clear before delivery.
