Digital products, prices and delivery

Kitwhim sells digital planners, workbooks, spreadsheets, templates and productivity tools. No physical item is shipped. Read the product listing before purchase for the included files, technical requirements, compatibility and permitted use.

Prices are in Canadian dollars unless expressly stated otherwise. Any applicable taxes and the total payable are shown at checkout. Job Search Command Center launches at C$8.00 CAD. There is no active C$10 comparison price or savings claim.

After successful payment, Payhip provides a download page and emails a receipt containing a download link. Download and extract the ZIP, read the included Read-Me and save an original copy before editing. Contact us if you cannot access your files.

Personal-use licence

Job Search Command Center and Kitwhim personal digital products are licensed to one purchaser for personal use. You may download, edit, save and print copies for your own use.

You may share completed personal documents with employers, recruiters or other intended recipients. This permission covers your finished personal output, not the underlying reusable source templates, workbooks or spreadsheets.

Purchased source templates, workbooks and spreadsheets may not be resold, sublicensed, publicly distributed or shared with other purchasers or users. Do not share purchase or download links. Each person who wants to use the reusable source files needs their own licence. All rights required by applicable law are preserved.

No separate business-use, resale, white-label or sublicensing permission is included with a personal-use purchase. The separate future Business Tools licence is not active.

Compatibility and use

Compatibility varies by product. Job Search Command Center includes printable, non-fillable PDF workbooks and XLSX spreadsheets. Google Sheets import and representative calculations have been checked. Google import can change styling or remove Dashboard protection. Avoid editing Dashboard formulas. Native Microsoft Excel, Apple Numbers and individual tablet apps have not been independently verified. Consult the listing and Read-Me for the tested scope and instructions. Software, devices and third-party accounts are not included.

Refunds and customer rights

Request a full refund through Contact or the support email within 7 calendar days of purchase, including after download. Refunds use the original payment method; provider processing times vary. Troubleshooting is not required. See our Refund Policy for details.

These terms and the voluntary guarantee do not restrict any additional rights or remedies under applicable consumer-protection laws, including rights that apply beyond seven days. No automatic loss of statutory withdrawal or cancellation rights is asserted merely because a file was downloaded.
