Who handles your information
Kitwhim is operated by Jonathon Turner, who currently handles orders and customer support personally. For privacy questions, complaints or requests, use our Contact page or email jonathondanielturner99@gmail.com. Our business address is B-418 Bay Street, Ottawa, Ontario K1R 6A6, Canada.
Information and purposes
Order and transaction information provided through Payhip is used to fulfil purchases, provide digital delivery and download assistance, answer enquiries, handle refunds, maintain appropriate business records, prevent misuse and meet applicable legal obligations. Contact messages contain the information you choose to send. We may use your order reference or checkout email to find the relevant transaction.
You do not need to send us a completed planner or job-search workbook to receive ordinary download support. Please do not send passwords, full card details or sensitive completed documents. Downloaded products are files you use in your own chosen applications; choosing to upload them to your own Google account does not itself send your workbook contents to Kitwhim.
Services used
Our current customer-data services are Payhip for the storefront, order handling and digital delivery; Stripe and PayPal for payment processing; and Gmail (Google) for email enquiries. The owner has confirmed that no other services currently receive Kitwhim customer information. Kitwhim does not receive full payment-card details through Payhip.
These providers process information under their own privacy notices and may process or store information outside Canada, where different laws may apply. Their processing and retention practices may differ from ours. We share information as needed for the stated purposes, to respond to a request or transaction, or where required or permitted by applicable law.
Access and retention
Jonathon Turner is currently the only person handling Kitwhim orders and support. Service providers may process information as part of providing their services. Access and handling should remain limited to the stated business purposes.
Our retention policy is to keep personal information only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected and for applicable accounting, legal, dispute, fraud-prevention or security needs, then delete or anonymise information when it is no longer required. Provider-held records and backups may follow the provider's own retention arrangements. A request to delete information may be limited by an applicable recordkeeping obligation or another lawful reason; we will explain relevant limits.
Your requests
You may contact us to ask about access to, correction of or deletion of personal information, or to raise a privacy concern. We may need reasonable information to verify your identity and locate the relevant record before acting. Do not send government identification or sensitive documents unless a proportionate, necessary verification method has been discussed. We will handle requests according to applicable requirements and explain any limits.
Cookies and marketing
Payhip and payment providers may use cookies and similar technologies needed to operate their storefront, checkout and security functions. Kitwhim has not activated a separate analytics, advertising or email-marketing service as part of this launch. Buying a download is not blanket permission to enrol you in unrelated marketing. If our tools or purposes change, we will update this notice and obtain consent where required.
