Kitwhim offers digital downloads. No physical item is shipped. Check each listing for the exact files, formats and requirements before purchasing.

After a successful payment, Payhip provides a download page and emails a receipt with your download link. Check spam or junk folders and the email used at checkout. Pending payments must clear before access is available.

Compatibility varies by product. Job Search Command Center includes XLSX files designed for Excel and Google Sheets. Google Sheets import and representative dashboard calculations have been checked for both tracker files. All 11 tabs, dropdown validations and three charts were retained in those imports. LibreOffice opening and recalculation have also been checked. Native Microsoft Excel and Apple Numbers have not been independently verified. Google import may change styling or remove Dashboard protection, so avoid typing over Dashboard calculations. Read the product listing and Read-Me before purchase.

For Job Search Command Center, yes: it includes printable US Letter and A4 PDF workbooks. Print the pages you need for personal use. These PDFs are not fillable forms. You can annotate them in an app that supports PDF markup, but individual tablet apps have not been independently verified. Use the PDFs for printing; spreadsheet print layouts can split charts or tables. Other products' printing features vary by listing.

Download the file fully and extract any ZIP archive first. Open PDFs in a PDF reader and spreadsheets in the app named in the listing. If it still fails, contact Kitwhim with the order reference, device, app and error message.

Customers outside Canada can purchase where Payhip and the available payment providers support checkout. Review the displayed currency, applicable taxes and your provider's exchange fees. Product language and software requirements still apply.

Kitwhim offers a full-refund guarantee for requests made within 7 calendar days of purchase, including after downloading. Your personal-use licence allows you to download, edit, save and print copies for yourself. You may share completed personal documents with employers, recruiters or other intended recipients. Do not share, publicly distribute, resell or sublicense the reusable source templates, workbooks, spreadsheets or purchase/download links. Each person using the reusable source files needs their own licence. All rights required by applicable law remain.
