Kitwhim wants you to feel comfortable trying our digital tools. We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on our digital downloads, including Job Search Command Center.

You may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of purchase, even if you have already downloaded or opened the files. Use our Contact page or email jonathondanielturner99@gmail.com. Please include your order reference or the email address used at checkout so we can locate the purchase. Do not send passwords or full payment details.

You do not need to complete troubleshooting before requesting a refund. If you would like download assistance instead, we are happy to help.

Refunds are issued through the original payment method. The time for a refund to appear depends on your bank or payment provider; we do not promise a fixed processing time.

This guarantee applies to digital downloads. No physical return is needed, and nothing is shipped. If you want to cancel or reverse a digital purchase, contact us under this guarantee or any applicable legal right.

The 7-day guarantee is additional to all rights and remedies available under applicable consumer-protection laws. It does not limit rights that apply beyond seven days. Contact us if you believe your legal rights require a remedy outside the guarantee period.
