Hi, I’m Melania Osoria, a bilingual English-Spanish Learning and Development, Talent Development, and Onboarding Leader, SHRM-CP, facilitator, and founder of Marea Learning Studio.
As an Afro-Latina and immigrant, I understand the importance of creating workplaces where people feel seen, supported, and equipped to move forward. That perspective, combined with my professional experience, shapes the practical and inclusive approach behind every Marea Learning Studio resource.
My work is grounded in hands-on experience designing and leading onboarding programs, leadership and talent-development initiatives, manager resources, employee-listening strategies, early-career experiences, and learning programs. I have partnered with HR, Talent Acquisition, business leaders, IT, and other cross-functional teams to turn organizational needs into structured, scalable employee solutions.
