Marea Learning Studio sells downloadable digital products that are delivered or made available immediately after purchase. 

Because digital products cannot ordinarily be returned after they have been accessed or downloaded, purchases are generally final and nonrefundable, except when required by applicable law or the rules of the applicable sales platform or payment processor. 

Please review the product description, file formats, software requirements, license and included materials carefully before purchasing. 

If you experience a technical problem accessing or opening your files, contact marealearningstudio@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase. Include your name, purchase email, order information and a description of the problem. We will make a reasonable effort to restore access, replace a corrupted file or provide appropriate technical assistance. 

Contact us before initiating a payment dispute so that we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve a legitimate access or delivery problem. 

Nothing in this policy limits any nonwaivable consumer right available under applicable law.
