WHAT SOFTWARE DO I NEED?

Microsoft Word or compatible word-processing software is required to edit the toolkit. Formatting may vary when the document is opened in other applications. 

CAN I ADD MY COMPANY’S LOGO AND INFORMATION? 

Yes. You may customize the materials for internal use by the organization covered by your license. 

IS THE TOOLKIT LEGAL ADVICE?

No. The toolkit provides general HR process guidance. Employment requirements vary by jurisdiction, industry, organization and workforce. Obtain appropriate HR and legal review before implementation. 

CAN I SHARE THE TOOLKIT WITH A CLIENT? 

The standard purchase covers internal use by one organization. Consultants who want to use the system with clients must purchase an appropriate consultant or multi-organization license. 

CAN I RESELL THE TEMPLATES?

No. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, publish, give away or claim ownership of the original materials or modified versions. 

DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?

Because buyers receive immediate access to downloadable materials, digital-product sales are generally final, subject to applicable law and platform or payment-processor requirements. If you experience a technical problem accessing the files, contact marealearningstudio@gmail.com. 

WHAT IF I DO NOT RECEIVE MY DOWNLOAD?
