SINGLE-BUSINESS LICENSE 

Effective date: September 1st, 2026 

Purchase of a Marea Learning Studio digital product grants the buyer a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable and revocable license to use and customize the product for internal use by one organization. 

PERMITTED USE 

The licensed organization may: 

• Download and store the purchased files securely. 

• Customize the materials with its name, logo, contacts, policies and processes. 

• Share customized working materials internally with employees, managers and authorized service providers who need them for the organization’s operations. 

• Print reasonable copies for internal organizational use. 

PROHIBITED USE 

The buyer may not: 

• Resell, redistribute, sublicense, publish or give away the original files. 

• Upload the materials to a public website, shared template library or marketplace. 

• Share the product with another company, client or unrelated organization. 

• Remove ownership notices and claim authorship of the original system. 

• Convert the product into another product for resale or commercial distribution. 

• Use the files to create competing templates, courses or downloadable products. 

CONSULTANTS AND SERVICE PROVIDERS 

The standard license does not permit repeated use with multiple client organizations. Consultants, agencies and service providers must purchase an appropriate consultant or multi-organization license before using the materials with clients. 

OWNERSHIP 

Marea Learning Studio retains ownership of the original content, design, structure and intellectual property. Purchase transfers a right to use the product under this license; it does not transfer ownership.
