TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions govern purchases from and use of products provided by Marea Learning Studio. By purchasing, downloading or using a product, you agree to these terms.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Products are delivered electronically. No physical product will be shipped unless a listing expressly states otherwise. Buyers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, formats, software requirements and license terms before purchasing.

PAYMENT AND DELIVERY

Payment is processed through Payhip and its supported payment providers. Access is normally provided after successful payment. The buyer is responsible for providing an accurate email address and maintaining access to the purchase receipt.

LICENSE

Purchases are licensed, not sold outright. Unless a product states otherwise, the standard purchase provides a limited license for internal use by one organization. The separate Licensing Terms are incorporated into these terms.

CUSTOMIZATION AND USE

Buyers are responsible for determining whether a product is suitable for their needs and for customizing it appropriately. HR materials must be reviewed for the organization’s policies, workforce, industry and applicable jurisdictions before implementation.

REFUNDS

Digital-product purchases are subject to the Digital Product Refund Policy and any nonwaivable rights under applicable law.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The original content, templates, organization, design and branding remain the intellectual property of Marea Learning Studio. Unauthorized copying, resale, redistribution, sublicensing or public sharing is prohibited.

Products provide general educational information and do not constitute legal, tax, accounting or other regulated professional advice. Review the separate HR and Legal Disclaimer before using any HR-related resource.

AVAILABILITY AND UPDATES

Reasonable efforts are made to provide accurate files and reliable access. Products, features, prices and content may be modified or discontinued. Updates are included only when expressly stated in the product description or version information.

LIMITATION

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Marea Learning Studio is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from the buyer’s use, misuse, customization or implementation of a product. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot legally be excluded.

GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of North Carolina and the United States, without limiting any mandatory consumer protection that may apply to the buyer.

CHANGES

These terms may be updated. The effective date identifies the current version.
