REFUND AND REMEDY POLICY

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not limited by this policy.

If the Product does not meet an applicable consumer guarantee, contact REDFORMIO PTY LTD at support@redformio.com.au with a description of the issue and reasonable proof of purchase. We may assess the Product before providing a remedy.

If there is a major failure, you may choose a refund or replacement. If there is a minor failure, REDFORMIO PTY LTD may choose to provide a free repair, which may include a corrected file, replacement or refund within a reasonable time. If a minor failure is not remedied within a reasonable time, you may have further rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You may also be entitled to compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

We do not offer refunds solely because you changed your mind after the digital files were supplied, unless Payhip's policy or applicable law requires otherwise. This does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

AI output varies and is not guaranteed. Dissatisfaction with wording produced by a third-party AI service is not, by itself, evidence that the supplied Product is faulty. This does not limit a right or remedy that applies if the Product itself fails to meet a consumer guarantee.

DOWNLOAD ACCESS

Payhip provides up to five download attempts per order as an anti-abuse control. If a legitimate purchaser reaches the limit, contact support@redformio.com.au with reasonable proof of purchase and REDFORMIO PTY LTD will restore access. This does not limit any right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law.

PRICE AND GST

The price is A$9 in Australian dollars. The Australian Business Register showed REDFORMIO PTY LTD as not currently registered for GST when checked on 29 July 2026, so no Australian GST is included or charged on that basis. Any consumption tax collected by Payhip for another jurisdiction will be shown at checkout. While the seller is not GST-registered, the Australian receipt is an invoice or receipt, not a tax invoice.

• Help accessing the purchased files.

• Replacement access after reasonable order verification if a legitimate buyer reaches the download limit.

• Troubleshooting a damaged, missing or incorrectly supplied product file.

• Correction of a verified product fault within a reasonable time.

• Acknowledgement and assessment of a consumer-guarantee concern.

SUPPORT NOT INCLUDED

• Writing, reviewing or approving an individual customer reply.

• Access to or troubleshooting of a third-party AI account.

• Legal, privacy, financial, employment, safety or other professional advice.

• Inbox integration, automation or setup.

• Custom prompts, staff training or ongoing consulting.

• Guarantees about AI availability or output.

HOW TO REQUEST SUPPORT

Email support@redformio.com.au with:

• your Payhip order number;

• the product version shown in the file name;

• the device and app used to open the file; and

• a short description or screenshot of the issue with all customer, payment and confidential information removed.

Do not send card details, passwords or confidential customer messages.
