What is collected — When you browse, download or purchase, Payhip may collect information needed to operate the store and fulfil orders, including your email address, name if requested, IP address, device and browser information, products viewed or ordered, order status and transaction metadata. Stripe processes payments. REDFORMIO does not receive your full card number.

Google Analytics and cookies — Essential cookies support the store and checkout. Only after you select Accept, Google Analytics may collect page views, scrolls, outbound clicks, downloads, referral or campaign information, browser and device details, and approximate location. We use this to understand traffic and improve products. We do not intentionally send Google payment details, form text, confidential tender content or directly identifying information. No advertising pixel is configured as at the date above.

Use, providers and retention — We use information for fulfilment, support, fraud prevention, business records, analysis and service improvement. Payhip provides storefront and delivery, Stripe provides payments, Google provides consent-based analytics, and Google Workspace provides support email.
