Product: AI Customer Reply Starter Pack

1. LICENCE GRANT

When the product is lawfully purchased, REDFORMIO PTY LTD grants the purchaser a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the AI Customer Reply Starter Pack for the internal customer-communication activities of one purchasing business.

“One purchasing business” means one legal entity or one individual operating as a sole trader.

2. PERMITTED USE

The purchasing business may:

• download and store working and backup copies;

• allow its employees and individual contractors to use working copies solely for that business’s activities;

• copy, fill in and adapt the prompts for that business’s own customer communications;

• use, edit and send drafts produced from the prompts, subject to the user checking them; and

• include small adapted extracts in the business’s internal procedures.

3. NOT PERMITTED

The product, substantially similar copies of it, or a prompt library derived from it must not be:

• resold, sublicensed, rented or given to another business;

• redistributed as a free or paid download;

• shared with a related entity, client, franchisee or other separate business unless that entity has its own licence;

• uploaded to a public template, prompt or document library;

• published in a course, membership, app, chatbot, software product or consulting deliverable;

• used to create a competing prompt pack or template product for distribution; or

• made publicly accessible in source or substantially reproducible form.

This restriction does not prevent the purchasing business from sending its own reviewed customer messages created using the prompts.

4. CONTRACTORS

An individual contractor may access a working copy only to perform services for the purchasing business. The purchasing business must ensure the contractor does not retain or use the product for another client or purpose.

An agency, consultancy or outsourced service provider that wants to use the product across multiple client businesses requires a separate licence for each client business unless REDFORMIO PTY LTD agrees otherwise in writing.

5. OWNERSHIP

REDFORMIO PTY LTD retains ownership of the product and its original content, subject to any rights in third-party material and the purchaser’s rights in its own business information.

The purchaser owns its own business information and remains responsible for any customer message it creates, edits or sends. This licence does not determine ownership of output generated by a third-party AI service; the provider’s terms may also apply.

6. PRIVACY AND THIRD-PARTY TOOLS

No right is granted to disclose personal, confidential or restricted information to an AI provider. The purchaser is responsible for deciding whether and how a third-party AI service may be used.

No AI service, account or subscription is included with this licence.

7. CONSUMER RIGHTS

Nothing in this licence excludes, restricts or modifies a consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law.
