Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not limited by this policy.

If the Product does not meet an applicable consumer guarantee, contact REDFORMIO PTY LTD at support@redformio.com.au with a description of the issue and reasonable proof of purchase. We may assess the Product before providing a remedy.

If there is a major failure, you may choose a refund or replacement. If there is a minor failure, REDFORMIO PTY LTD may choose to provide a free repair (which may include a corrected file), replacement or refund within a reasonable time. If a minor failure is not remedied within a reasonable time, you may have further rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You may also be entitled to compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

We do not offer refunds solely because you changed your mind after the digital files were supplied, unless the marketplace policy or applicable law requires otherwise. This does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

DOWNLOAD ACCESS

Payhip provides up to five download attempts per order as an anti-abuse control. If a legitimate purchaser reaches the limit, contact support@redformio.com.au with reasonable proof of purchase and REDFORMIO PTY LTD will restore access. This does not limit any right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law.

PRICE AND GST

The price is A$39 in Australian dollars. As at 25 July 2026, REDFORMIO PTY LTD is not registered for Australian GST, so no Australian GST is included or charged. Any consumption tax collected by Payhip for another jurisdiction will be shown at checkout. The Australian receipt is an invoice/receipt, not a tax invoice. This statement will be updated before the first sale after any change in GST registration.
