We gather personal identification details such as your name, email address, phone number, and mailing address. Payment information (billing details and payment method) is processed securely through Stripe. We also retain communication data (messages, feedback, WhatsApp or email inquiries) and usage data (IP address, browser type, device, location, and interaction patterns). For coaching sessions we keep session notes, video‐call recordings (only with your consent), and progress logs to tailor the experience to you.
How we use your data
Your information allows us to create and manage your account, schedule and deliver 1‐on‐1 private video coaching (single or recurring weekly sessions), process payments, send confirmations and receipts, communicate booking details and support inquiries, improve our website and services, and, with your explicit consent, send marketing updates about new programs or retreats.
Data retention
We keep your personal data only as long as needed to fulfil the purposes described above or as required by law. Our digital‐product platform, Payhip, retains course or membership data according to its own policies.
Sharing your data
We never sell or rent your personal data. We may share it with trusted service providers who act on our instructions: Payhip (digital‐product delivery), Stripe (payment processing), and email/WhatsApp support tools. All third parties are contractually bound to protect your data and to use it only as we direct.
Security
We employ industry‐standard technical and organisational measures—encryption, secure servers, regular security audits—to safeguard your information. Payhip and Stripe also follow GDPR‐compatible security practices.
Your GDPR rights
You have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict, port, or object to the processing of your data. To exercise any of these rights, please email soulartforall@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days.
International transfers
