Services overview

We provide 1‐on‐1 private video coaching sessions, delivered via Zoom, Google Meet, or a similar platform. Coaching can be booked as a single session or as an ongoing weekly program for continuous support. Our coaching is designed for personal development, leadership growth, and lifestyle transformation; it is not psychological, medical, or legal advice.

Promotions

Any promotional codes, discounts, or limited‑time offers will include explicit start and end dates and any usage limits (one‑time use, first-time customers only, etc.). Coupons cannot be combined unless explicitly stated. Promotional pricing applies at checkout and is subject to availability; Soul Art LLC reserves the right to cancel or modify promotions in case of error or abuse.

Booking & payment

Sessions are booked through our online calendar or by email. Full payment is required at the time of booking unless a payment plan has been arranged. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Ongoing coaching support via WhatsApp or email is available

Monday‐Friday, 08:00 – 18:00 CET.

Code of conduct

We expect respectful, professional communication at all times. Harassment, discrimination, or abusive language will result in immediate termination of services without refund.

While we are passionate about helping you achieve your goals, please note that our services are not psychological or medical in nature. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Soul Art LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Intellectual property

All content on this site and within our coaching materials (text, graphics, videos, audio, designs) is owned by Soul Art LLC unless otherwise noted. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Governing law & jurisdiction

These policies are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, and the EU GDPR where applicable. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Delaware, or for EU residents, in the courts of their domicile, as appropriate.

We may update these policies from time to time. Revised versions will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
