Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective date: 15 September 2025

Coaching sessions

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session will receive a full refund or may be applied to a rescheduled booking.

Failure to attend a scheduled session (“no‑show”) will result in forfeiture of payment and the session will not be rescheduled.

For late arrivals, the coach will wait up to 15 minutes after the scheduled start time. If you arrive after this window, the session will be treated as a no‑show. Sessions will conclude at the scheduled end time regardless of a late start.

Digital products (PDFs, Courses)

These are generally non‐refundable once downloaded or accessed. If

you encounter technical problems or receive the wrong product, contact

repattern.studio@gmail.com within 14 days. We will work to resolve the

issue or, at our discretion, offer a refund or exchange.

Exceptions

If a seller error results in the purchase of an unintended item, we will provide a remedy (exchange or refund) promptly.

Promotions

Soul Art LLC reserves the right to cancel or modify promotions in case of error or abuse.

Refunds for purchases made with promotional codes will be issued for the net amount paid, unless it comes in conflict with the cancellation terms described above.
