Who am I?

I am an award winning holistic therapist and author who specialises in supporting Frazzled Mums and Women with simple achieveable tools in daily life.

My aim is for you to have tools to use everyday and an awareness of your energy levels to allow you to star in a state of balance & calm and avoid frazzledness,

I am Mum to a tween and teen (I used to say 3 and 7 how has that changed!), and the bonus of a mad beagle, who is my fellow summerhouse dweller (she snores though!).
