No, our printable products are for personal use only. You are welcome to print off more than one copy to use yourself or to share with family and friends. Teachers are welcome to use our printable products for their class. However, you may not resell any of our products.

Our limited edition colouring books are printed on smooth high-quality 100GSM paper. The paper can take most colouring mediums (as long as not too wet). Alcohol markers will bleed through so be sure to use an appropriate backing sheet. However, the colouring pages are printed one sided so no need to worry about ruining any colouring pages.

Limited edition colouring books are shipped from our home in North Yorkshire, England. Economy shipping is included in the price but tracked shipping (which is faster) is an optional addition at checkout.

Yes! Our printables are delivered digitally worldwide. Free worldwide economy shipping is included in our limited edition colouring book bundles. You can opt for tracked shipping, which is faster and allows you to keep an eye on where your package is while it's making it's way to you.

Custom colouring books and pages are commissioned pieces created specifically for you. They are a beautiful way to turn your memories or favourite things into pages you can colour in. Custom colouring books are for private use only (although we are happy to discuss creating colouring pages and books for the purposes of resale).

Payment for custom commission colouring books and pages are paid in two parts. Half when the commission contract is signed and half once final proofs have been approved, after which the final product will be delivered.

When working in collaboration with companies on colouring books or pages for resale contracts and terms may vary.

Due to the nature of digital and printable products and the way in which these products are delivered to our customers we do not offer refunds or returns of these products.

We do offer returns and refunds of all physical products ordered directly from our website. Shipping price will be deducted. Returns are only accepted within 30 days of your order being placed.

Lost packages will be refunded or re-sent when tracking has been purchased.

Damaged products will be refunded upon proof of damage when proof is sent within 30 days from the time you placed your order.

Orders of our physical products through Amazon or other print on demand services are subject to Amazon or other print on demand services return and refund policy.

Due to the nature of our membership programs we do not generally offer refunds or returns. However, you can cancel your membership.

Members pay a recurring monthly fee and gain access to our entire library of printable colouring pages and bundles which they may download and print for free.

Because members get access to our entire library and exlusive printable products for free we offer our membership at a low monthly rate with a larger first month payment and/or a contracted membership for a number of months with an option to continue your membership once the contracted number of months have passed.

Active monthly members have access to all membership perks.

• Members can download and print off any and all of our available colouring pages and bundles.
• Members have access to exclusive colouring pages and bundles not offered on our website and may download and print them for free.
• Members have access to a wider library of exclusive printable products, which may include activity bundles, crafts, wall art, greeting cards and more.
• Members will from time to time get early access to printable products.
• Members get to vote on upcoming projects.
• Members get to suggest themes for new printable colouring page bundles.

We add new pages and bundles to our digital library each month which members may in some cases get early access to and will always be able to download for free through the membership.

We may from time to time do games and giveaways exclusively for our monthly members.

We may from time to time offer discounts to members of our physical colouring books and/or send other digital or physical goodies to our members.

We may add additional perks for our monthly members but will never revoke access to our full library of printable colouring pages for our active monthly members.

Members who are not under contract (those who did not opt for a contracted number of months within the membership) can cancel their membership easily at any time should they wish to.

Members who opt for a contracted number of months within the membership can cancel their membership at the end of their contract.

Extenuating circumstances may entitle contracted members to end their membership early. Please contact us if you need to cancel your membership early due to extenuating circumstances.
