The Given Garden Colouring Club

The membership agreement outlines what The Given Garden promises to do for members and rules and guidlines members must follow.

Here is the Membership Agreement:

1. General Terms & Agreement Acceptance

This agreement outlines the terms of service for your subscription to The Given Garden (the "Service"). By subscribing to any tier of the Service, you agree to these terms. Our goal is to bring you joy through our exclusive, hand-drawn printable collections!

2. Membership & Payment

• Subscription: The Service is a monthly recurring subscription. Your membership begins on the date of your initial payment and auto-renews monthly thereafter.
• Fees: Fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable, except as required by law. Fees are based on the tier you select (ranging from £1–£5 per month, as currently offered).
• Tier Benefits: Your monthly fee grants you access to the specific benefits of your chosen tier, including monthly store credit (up to £10, depending on the tier) and access to new printables and exclusive bundles monthly.
• Changes to Fees: We reserve the right to change membership fees or tier benefits with at least 30 days’ notice via email before the change takes into effect.

3. Content Access & Delivery

• Product: The Service provides access to digital printable files only (colouring pages, crafts, activity sheets). No physical items will be shipped under this agreement.
• Delivery: Content will be delivered via the membership portal, and a secure download link within the member area of our website, or via email notification, as soon as it is available each month.
• File Format: All content will be delivered in PDF or other common digital file formats suitable for printing. We are not responsible for technical issues related to your personal printer, device, or software.

4. Usage Rights & Intellectual Property (Crucial Section)

The designs you receive are the copyrighted property of The Given Garden. By downloading the files, you are granted a Personal Use License only, which now includes the following generous sharing rights:

You CAN Do This (Generous Personal Use License):

• Download, print, and colour the pages for your own personal enjoyment and relaxation.
• Print the pages multiple times for your own use, or for use by family members within your immediate household.
• Share Printed Copies: You may print and share copies of the pages with family and friends for their non-commercial, personal use (e.g., as gifts or activity sheets at a gathering).
• Teacher Use: Teachers who are members are welcome to print and share copies of the pages with their entire class for educational, non-commercial use within that single class environment.
• Share photos of your completed, coloured pages online, please consider tagging The Given Garden (e.g., @Thegivengarden).

You CANNOT Do This (Prohibited Commercial Use):

• Resell, redistribute, license, share, or give away the digital files to non-members or the public (i.e., you cannot email the PDF files themselves to non-family/non-class members).
• Use the art or designs to create products for sale (commercial use). This includes printing them on merchandise (mugs, t-shirts, etc.), using them in logos, or on websites.
• Claim the designs as your own original work.

5. Membership Perks & Discount Codes

• Discount Code Policy: Any discount codes provided as a membership benefit (e.g., monthly store credit or a percentage off in the shop) are for the exclusive use of the member and their immediate household unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Sharing Codes: You may not share these exclusive discount codes publicly (e.g., social media, public forums) or with non-household friends and family, unless The Given Garden posts a code specifically for wider sharing during special events (e.g., Christmas, Black Friday, or other special occasions). Violation of this policy may lead to termination of the membership.

6. Cancellation & Termination

• Cancellation by Member: You may cancel your membership at any time through your account portal. Cancellation will take effect immediately before your next scheduled billing date.
• Access After Cancellation: Once cancelled, your access to the member area and future monthly downloads/store credit ceases immediately. You may keep and continue to use the files you downloaded while your subscription was active, subject to the Personal Use License (Section 4).
• Termination by The Given Garden: We reserve the right to immediately terminate your membership, without refund, if you violate any of the terms of this agreement, particularly the Prohibited Commercial Use terms or the Discount Code Policy.

7. Disclaimer of Warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and The Given Garden makes no guarantees regarding the suitability of the content for any specific purpose other than personal enjoyment. We do not warrant that the Service will be free from interruptions or errors.

Yes, you can cancel whenever you want! We want to make it as stress free as possible for members of our colouring club to make any changes to their subscription.

If you want to come back at a later date or switch to a different membership tier you are always welcome to do so.

🌱 What will I get as a Seedling member?

We want to make high-quality art accessible to everyone, so for just £1 a month, Seedling members receive our core monthly content. Every Friday, your membership portal will be updated with fresh art: you get the 5-page Monthly Meadow (our themed set), the 4-page Bouquet Bundle (our variety mix), AND a special Bonus Bundle. That means you get over 10+ brand-new, hand-drawn colouring pages every single month! You can trust that your art will always be ready for you to download and print, providing a reliable little pocket of peace in your busy schedule.

🌸 What will I get as a Wildflower member?

The Wildflower tier is designed for those who want to dive deep into the garden. For £3 a month, you don't just get this month’s art—you get the keys to the entire garden! You’ll have instant access to our membership library of over a hundred pages (and growing every week!), meaning you can print your favourites immediately. To make it even sweeter, you receive £6 in online shop credit every month to spend on any printable bundle in our shop. That’s double your membership fee back in credit! It’s our way of saying thank you for being a reliable part of our community.

🌻 What will I get as a Full Bloom member?

Being in Full Bloom means you get the absolute best of everything we offer. For £5 a month, you receive full archive access, plus a massive £10 Garden Voucher to use on shop printables every single month—talk about a bounty! But the real magic is the connection: you’ll get behind-the-scenes "Studio Diary" glimpses and the power to suggest future themes for the club. We pride ourselves on being a transparent, artist-led business, and as a Full Bloom member, you’re in the front row as we create, grow, and bloom together.

Once you have checked out with your chosen membership level you will be able to access the membership portal (where we post all the printable member exclusive colouring pages) through a direct link on your checkout page.

Look out for membership updates sent to your email every Friday. They will be sent via Payhip and should show up in your inbox, but please check junk mail and approve emails from us if they don't automatically land in your inbox. Each membership email will have a link that takes you directly to our membership portal where you can download your colouring pages directly.

If you are a Wildflower or Full Bloom member you also get monthly store credit. The credit codes are posted monthly in our membership portal and can be used at checkout in our shop towards any printable product.

If you are a Wildflower or Full Bloom member, a unique discount code will be waiting for you in the membership portal at the start of each month. Simply browse our shop, add your favourite printable bundles to your cart, and apply your code at checkout. It effectively gives you £6 or £10 of "shopping money" to grow your collection even further! (Note: Credit Codes are for digital printables only and expire at the end of each month).

If you want to share printed off pages with family and friends (or your classroom, hey teachers!) you're fine! Go ahead and plan a family colouring sesh or a sip and colour evening with your friends at home.

You can however not re-sell products from The Given Garden whether they are purchased through our shop or through our memberships. The same goes for sharing pages or digital files on a larger scale.

We love supporting community spirit! While we permit teachers who have a standard membership to share printed pages in their classroom, standard memberships are for personal use. However, we offer special Community Licenses for businesses, charities and organisations.

At The Given Garden, we believe art should be accessible to those who need it most. We offer discounts to all registered charities and complimentary (Free) licenses to smaller charities with limited budgets.

As long as your friend or family member lives with you it's all good!

But we ask that you not share your membership account far and wide as this breaks the terms of your membership. You can mail your friends a printed off bundle, but you cannot give them your membership sign in details or any of the codes we post in the membership portal.

We post new codes for the Wildflower and Full Bloom membership levels in our member portal monthly (you use the code at checkout). If we notice unusual activity or suspect you are sharing codes or files you might loose your membership access. We absolutely do not want that!
