Limited Edition Coloring Books: These books are not intended for resale, unless a separate agreement is made with Unnur Balla on behalf of The Given Garden for commercial use.

Custom Products: Custom coloring pages and books are commissioned for private use only, unless a separate agreement is made with Unnur Balla on behalf of The Given Garden for commercial use.

If you wish to use custom products for commercial purposes (e.g., resale), please contact us to discuss licensing and pricing.

Payment for custom work for private use is divided into two installments:

1/2 upon commission acceptance.

1/2 upon final approval before delivery.

Custom work is divided into the following stages:

Commission acceptance & Payment (Work on custom commission officially begins).

A maximum of two edits to each rough sketch page allowed.

Approval of rough sketches (Estimated 2 weeks from first payment).

Final approval before delivery & final payment (estimated 4 weeks from from first payment).

Delivery of final product in the form of 2x physical books and/or digital printable file (after final payment please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery of physical custom commission products and up to 24 hours for delivery of digital files).

Printable and Custom Products: Due to the nature of these products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds.

Mystery Boxes: We accept returns of mystery boxes for a refund when a return is made within one month of shipping date. Refunds are issued for damaged or lost items.

Limited Edition Colouring Books: We accept returns of Limited edition colouring books and bundles for a refund when a return is made within one month of shipping date. Refunds are issued for damaged or lost items.

Our Colouring Books via Amazon: Returns of colouring books ordered through Amazon are subject to Amazon's return policy. Please view their website for details.

All our Colouring pages are hand drawn by Unnur Balla for The Given Garden and as such are property of Unnur Balla and are protected by copyright law. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any of our content without written permission.

You can cancel your membership at any time.

Printable products: Delivered digitally to your email address after purchase.

Physical products ordered on our website: Shipped from our home in the UK. Shipping costs are included in the price. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
