About Tima Hiba

Tima Hiba is a writer and music composer whose work explores imagination, faith, and the quiet strength of humanity. Her stories range from ancient fantasy worlds built on human resilience to contemporary tales of love, courage, and hope.

Drawing inspiration from both her writing and music, Tima creates immersive experiences that invite readers and listeners alike to see beauty in struggle and wonder in the unexpected. Through her novels and compositions, she seeks to connect hearts and remind audiences that growth and grace often unfold one story at a time.

Storyteller

Tima enjoys telling stories that explore courage, connection, and the quiet strength found in ordinary people. Her work spans both ancient fantasy and modern fiction. After co-authoring four books, she stepped out on her own to write her first African fantasy series, The Gainans.

Composer

Music is an integral part of Tima’s creative world. From instrumentals to songs, her compositions often mirror her stories - sometimes a scene inspires a melody, and other times, a tune sparks a story. Each piece carries the same emotion and imagination that define her writing.

Artboard 1

What began as only one chapter just before I closed my eyes to sleep ended up with me rotating and shifting around my bed like a nomad - trying to find a more suitable position for yet another sore part of my body... Like any avid reader who finds a good book, I managed to convince myself that I would sleep right after the chapter I was reading. How far this was from the truth!
