About Me
About Ursula Rice, LCSW
I’m Ursula Rice, LCSW, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, author, therapist, and educator dedicated to helping people understand the deeper roots of healing.
My work explores the connection between historical and generational slave trauma, identity, relationships, spirituality, and the survival patterns we may carry into our lives today. I believe healing is spiritual in nature and that becoming aware of what has been passed down to us can create an opportunity to choose something different.
Through my book, Unchained: Healing the Trauma Still Living in Us, along with my courses, masterclasses, workbooks, and other resources, I create opportunities for reflection, self-discovery, and healing.
My goal is to provide meaningful tools and perspectives that encourage people to understand their story, reclaim their voice, strengthen their sense of self, and begin the journey of becoming Unchained.
