An order can be delivered to one address only. If you require an order with more than one item to be delivered to multiple addresses, you will need to place a separate order for each address.

We are unable to process orders to a P.O Box address or British Forces Postal Office address.

We are unable to amend an order once it has been dispatched. Please ensure you have double checked the delivery address before you proceed to payment.

Dispatch time

Order for Ready-made item will be dispatched within 5 working days (not including Sat, Sun and public holidays in the United Kingdom).

Order for Made-to-Order or Bespoke item will be dispatched within 14 to 21 working days (not including Sat, Sun and public holidays in the United Kingdom). Please refer to the dispatch time shown against individual made-to-order item or advised in case of bespoke item.

If your order contains both Ready-made item and Made-to-Order or Bespoke item, the entire order will be dispatched at the same time when your ordered Made-to-Order or Bespoke item is completed. If you require them to be dispatched separately, you will need to place a separate order for item(s) to be delivered at the same time.

You will be notified via email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Within United Kingdom

·      delivery time: 2 to 3 days

·      Next day delivery service is available at an additional charge, except for order that contains made-to-order or bespoke items and delivery to Northern Ireland.

·      Please contact us before confirming your order if next day delivery is desired.

International

·      via Royal Mail using International Tracked

·      delivery time: 3 to 15 days

Redirection or Onward Delivery

If you contact the carrier to redirect your order to a delivery address different from the one provided when you placed your order (e.g. in a shed or garage, or with a neighbour), or use a third-party carrier to onward deliver your order to your final destination, we will not be responsible if you fail to receive the order or if there are any damaged or missing items in your order.
