Returns & Refunds

We hope that you are delighted with your order, but if you change your mind or decide for some reasons that you do not want to receive or keep an item ordered from us, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you can cancel your order within 14 days after you receive your ordered item.

 

Please be aware that your right to cancel and return an order does not apply to items on sale, discounted items, made-to-order items and bespoke items. It also does not apply in the event that you have made a spelling mistake on your order and it has been sent for production.

 

Should you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 14 days after you receive your ordered item. Then you must return the item to us without undue delay (in the original product packaging if possible) and in any event within 7 days after the day on which you let us know that you wish to cancel the order. If you fail to send off such item to us within 7 working days of notifying us of cancellation, we shall be entitled to withhold payment of any refund.

 

Item returned must be in the same new and unused condition that you received it and in the original packaging. A full refund will not be provided for returned item that shows signs of unreasonable use. When you return an item to us, please take reasonable care to ensure that the item is properly sealed and returned safely, we will not be responsible for any loss or damage to it during transit.

 

We cannot accept substitute or alternative items by way of returns, nor are we able to send them back to you, so please look closely at the items you return to us. If you return or attempt to return substitute or alternative items, you will still be responsible for paying for the original item purchased and we reserve the right to charge an investigation fee of no less than £20 to cover the cost of our investigating the position. We can offset this amount due from other sums that may be due to you for refunds.

 

We currently do not offer any free returns service, you will be required to arrange and pay for the cost of returning any item to us. We strongly recommend you to use a recorded or secure delivery service with tracking and retain the proof of postage until the refund process is completed. If the returning item is lost or damaged in transit, we may not refund to you or deduct from the refund the amount that is attributable to the loss or damage.

 

Upon receipt of return, we will inspect the item. Provided that the returned item is in the same condition as it was dispatched, we will refund the price you paid to your PayPal. However, should the returned item is not in new or unused condition or the condition of the returned item has changed, we cannot make a full refund but will, as permitted by law, reduce your refund to reflect any reduction in the value of the item returned as a result of your handling it in an unacceptable way (or you can choose to have such item returned to you at your own cost within 14 days of our notification that we intend to make a deduction). The refund process shall take up to 14 working days (not including Sat, Sun and public holidays in the United Kingdom) from the date your order is returned to us.

 

Unfortunately, we currently do not offer any exchange service. If you would like to receive an alternative item, a new order will need to be placed.
