The following terms and conditions set out the basis on which you can use our website https://payhip.com/zokaya ("website", “site”) and place orders for items from this site. By placing an order with Zokaya Design ("Zokaya Design", "we", "us" or "our") on this site you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully and, if you are unhappy with any aspect of these, then you should contact us before placing an order with us.
We revise these Terms and Conditions from time to time, the last updated date is shown at the beginning of this page. Every time you order Products from us, the Terms and Conditions in force at the time of your order will apply to the contract between you and us. If we make any material changes to these Terms and Conditions which will have a material impact on your order, we will notify you of the changes in reasonable advance and let you know how to cancel the contract if you are not happy with the changes.

Orders and Contract
Your order is accepted and a legally binding contract between Zokaya Design and you is formed when we dispatch the items you have ordered or when we notify you via email of the dispatch with tracking information, whichever is earlier. A contract is not formed at the point in time that payment has been taken from you by Zokaya Design via PayPal, nor at the point in time that you receive an email from Zokaya Design acknowledging receipt of your order.
Until the items are dispatched the order may not be accepted by Zokaya Design, or may be cancelled by you. Exceptions apply to made-to-order items and bespoke items which cannot be cancelled by you once you have received an email confirmation that your order has been received, as such items may already be in production as a result of your order.
Occasionally, we may not accept your order for one of the following reasons:
· Item(s) not available
· Error in the item (e.g. pricing)
· Difficulty in processing payment
· Cannot deliver to address provided
· Duplicate order was placed
We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time. If your order is cancelled by us, we will email to you and explain the reason for the cancellation, and we will refund to your PayPal account.
The item you ordered will be your responsibility from the time we deliver it to the address you provided at check out on our site. Zokaya Design shall however continue to own any items ordered until it has received payment in full from you, even though the items may have already been delivered to you.
Purchase related policies
Items available for sale on this website are for personal use only. You may not sell or resell any of the items you purchase or otherwise receive from us. We reserve the right, with or without notice, to cancel or reduce the quantity of any orders that we believe, in our sole discretion, may result in the violation of our Terms and Conditions.
The images used on this website are the property of Zokaya Design. You must not reproduce, modify or distribute our images or any part of those images in any manner, whatsoever.
The images of all items on this website are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have made every effort to display the colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that a device's display of the colours accurately reflects the colour of the items. The items you purchased may vary slightly from those images.
The purchase of any item through this site is strictly limited to parties who can lawfully enter into and form contracts on the site in accordance with English law. You may only purchase from our site if you are at least 18 years old.
Transfer of rights
We may transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms and Conditions to another organisation, and we will always notify you in writing if this happens, but this will not affect your rights or our obligations under these Terms and Conditions. You may only transfer your rights or your obligations under these Terms and Conditions to another person if we agree in writing.
Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
