This routine is beginner friendly and designed for you to do at home, with limited equipment.

You will need either a light set of dumbbells, a resistance band, or two equal objects that you can use as weights, e.g. two 2 litre bottles of water.

You will receive the workout plan as a printable PDF file AND as a set of mobile-friendly images as well as a 10 page illustrated guide to all the exercises you will be performing!
