This training programme is designed to increase your STRENGTH, endurance and make you some gains along the way 💪
This plan is for anyone who is ready to lift heavier weights and GET STRONG 💪
You will already need to know how to squat, bench, deadlift and overhead (shoulder) press the barbell and be able to workout 4 days a week for the next 8 weeks.
Also included are recommened cardio workouts and an additional 15 minute core workout to do 1 - 2 times per week throughout the plan.
Even if you are only able to squat the bar with the 2.5kg discs or the 20kg discs added to it - this plan can work for you 💪
What's included:
This training programme is designed for people with gym access - it will combine barbell, dumbbell and resistance machine exercises. If you're looking for something you can do at home, please see my other listings 💪
