Start working out with this 3 days a week routine for the next 4 weeks!

This routine is beginner friendly and designed for you to do at home, with limited equipment.

In fact, for the first week you won't need any weights at all as you begin to push yourself with purely bodyweight exercises!

After that you will need either a light set of dumbbells, a resistance band, or two equal objects that you can use as weights, e.g. two 2 litre bottles of water.

Suggested cardio sessions are included as well as an 8 page illustrated guide to all the exercises you will be performing.

You will receive the workout plan as a printable PDF file AND as a set of mobile-friendly images.
