IMPACT OF FIELD TRIP IN TEACHING AND LEARNING OF BIOLOGY IN ISIALA MBANO LGA, IMO STATE
Field trips have long been recognized as valuable educational experiences that allow students to engage with real-world contexts and enhance their understanding of complex subjects. This research project explores the impact of field trips on the teaching and learning of biology in Isiala Mbano Local Government Area (LGA), Imo State. This study aims to examine the effectiveness of field trips in enhancing students' understanding of biological concepts; assess the level do biology teachers use field trips in teaching and learning of biology; assess the impact of field trips on students' interest and motivation in learning biology; investigate the challenges and limitations associated with implementing field trips in the biology curriculum; Identify strategies to maximize the benefits of field trips in biology education.
