BACTERIOLOGICAL AND PHYSICOCHEMICAL ASSESSMENT OF INDUSTRIAL AND DOMESTIC WASTES

The sustainable management of industrial and domestic wastes is one of the most critical environmental challenges of our time. Untreated or improperly discharged effluents pose significant threats to public health, aquatic ecosystems, and the environment as a whole. This study aims to evaluate the impact of industrial and domestic wastes on the bacteriological and physicochemical quality of River Sokoto with a view to creating awareness on the quality of the river water.  This research consists of a title page, approval page, certification, abstract, list of tables, list o figures, list of plates, list of appendices, Chapters One to Five (from introduction to conclusion), references, and appendices.
