Good to know

Can I add my own activities and categories?

Yes. Add up to 24 activities on Activities and rename the categories on Settings. Drop-downs update.

How is margin worked out?

Revenue after discount, minus direct cost per guest, minus one session cost for each activity date with at least one booking.

Can I price a stay with activities included?

Yes. Package_Calculator compares 3 packages, each with a room type, nights, guests, breakfast and up to 6 activities.

Does it work in Google Sheets?

It opens in Google Sheets and the formulas calculate. Check the drop-downs after import.
