For retreat leaders, yoga and wellness teachers, and venues that host residential retreats. You enter the dates, room types and every cost once, each with its basis: per retreat, per night, per day or per guest. The workbook works out the cost per guest for each room type, a recommended price that covers fees and your target margin, the number of guests you need to break even, and profit at half, three-quarters and full capacity. A payment tab sets the deposit and instalment dates and flags guests who are behind.

1. Set your margin, fees, tax rate and payment rules on Settings.
2. Enter the dates, planned guests and room types on Retreat_Inputs.
3. List every cost on Costs and choose its basis.
4. Compare recommended and own prices on Pricing, then check break-even on Scenarios.
5. Add guests on Payments as they book and follow up any overdue flag.

Good to know

• All sample costs, prices and guests are illustrative. Replace them with your own figures.
• Venue rooms are treated as a block paid in full. Unsold beds are spread over the planned guests in the price.

FAQ

Can I use it for a 3-night or a 14-night retreat?

Yes. Change the nights and every per-night and per-day cost updates.

What if I do not pay for the whole venue?

Enter only the rooms you have contracted on Retreat_Inputs. Costs paid per guest go on Costs with a per-guest basis.

Does it handle early-bird prices?

Yes. Mark a guest as early bird on Payments and the agreed price and instalments use the discount on Settings.

Does it work in Google Sheets?

It opens in Google Sheets and the formulas calculate. Check the drop-downs after import.

Is this a physical product?

No. It is a digital download. Refund terms follow the store policy at the time of purchase.
