Refund & Cancellation Policy

The Amethyst Tier is a comprehensive, high-touch relocation service involving extended timelines, multi-neighborhood comparisons, on-the-ground research, coordination, and personalized analysis. Because this service requires significant planning, scheduling, and sustained work over a 4–6 week period, all sales are final once the service has begun.

No refunds will be issued for completed or partially completed services. Changes in personal plans, timing, priorities, location preferences, or circumstances do not qualify for a refund once work has started.

If I am unable to provide the agreed-upon service, a refund will be issued.
