Refund and Cancellation Policy

Diamond is an extended, high-touch relocation service involving:

• Intake review
• Consultation time
• Research
• Scheduling
• Realtor communication
• Local travel
• Apartment walkthroughs
• Institution comparisons
• Personalized analysis
• Progress updates
• Custom document creation

Because the service requires advance planning and significant dedicated work, all sales are final once the service has begun.

The service is considered to have begun once any of the following occurs:

• Your intake questionnaire has been reviewed
• Your first consultation has been completed
• The project scope has been created
• Neighborhood research has started
• Listings have been reviewed
• A realtor or institution has been contacted
• A property viewing has been scheduled
• Local travel has begun
• An apartment has been toured
• Personalized analysis or documentation has been created
• A structured progress update has been delivered

No refunds will be issued for:

• Completed services
• Partially completed services
• Changes in personal plans
• Changes in relocation dates
• Changes in family circumstances
• Changes in budget
• Changes in priorities
• Changes in location preferences
• A decision not to relocate
• A decision not to select any researched apartment, neighborhood, school, or program
• Apartment listings becoming unavailable
• Realtor or landlord decisions
• School, university, or program decisions
• Market conditions
• Dissatisfaction with available housing
• Delayed client communication
• Cancellation after work has begun

If I am unable to provide the agreed-upon service, an appropriate refund will be issued.

If only part of the agreed service cannot be completed, any refund will be based on the portion I am unable to provide—not the full package after substantial work has already been completed.
