Sapphire Korea Research & Information Support
Personalized On-the-Ground Research for Your Move to South Korea
$150 USD
Need Clear Answers Before Making a Big Decision?
Sometimes you do not need a full relocation package. You simply need reliable, personalized research about one important topic so you can make your next move with confidence.
The Sapphire Korea Research & Information Support service is designed for clients who need focused research about a specific institution, organization, service, process, or relocation-related category in South Korea.
Instead of spending hours sorting through conflicting information online, navigating websites in Korean, or trying to determine which sources are current and relevant, you will receive research organized specifically around your questions, goals, and situation.
This is not a generic downloadable guide. Every Sapphire research project is created specifically for the individual client.
Perfect For
This service is ideal for clients researching topics such as:
- A specific university or language school
- A school, daycare, or childcare option
- Immigration-related resources or general procedural information
- Seoul Global Center services
- Government or community resources
- Housing-related information
- Healthcare access
- Transportation
- Banking
- Phone plans
- Cost-of-living questions
- Family relocation resources
- One specific relocation category requiring additional research
Sapphire is a strong fit if you need detailed information about one focused area but do not yet need apartment tours, multi-neighborhood comparisons, or a full relocation planning service.
Why Choose Sapphire?
Online information about relocating to South Korea can be incomplete, outdated, overly general, or difficult to apply to your specific situation.
Sapphire gives you a more personalized approach.
Your research is based on:
- Your individual goals
- Your timeline
- Your family or household needs
- Your budget
- Your questions
- Your stated priorities
The goal is not simply to send you links. The goal is to gather useful information, organize it clearly, explain what matters, and help you understand your realistic next steps.
Your Research Experience
Step 1 — Purchase and Welcome
After purchasing, you will receive:
- A welcome message
- A detailed intake questionnaire
- Instructions for submitting your research request
- Information about the expected timeline and delivery process
The intake questionnaire helps me understand exactly what you need before research begins.
Step 2 — Define Your Research Scope
This service includes comprehensive research for one primary topic, institution, organization, or category.
Examples include:
- One university
- One language program
- One school or daycare
- One immigration-related topic
- One government office or service
- One healthcare category
- One housing-related research topic
- One relocation question requiring deeper research
Rather than limiting you to a strict number of questions, you are encouraged to include all relevant questions connected to that one topic so I can prepare the most complete and useful report possible.
For example, if your research request is about a specific university, your questions may include:
- Tuition
- Admission requirements
- Available programs
- Student housing
- Scholarships
- Transportation
- Campus resources
- Nearby neighborhoods
- Estimated living costs
- Student life
- Family or dependent considerations
- Application timelines
These questions all fall within one primary research topic.
If your request expands into multiple unrelated topics, institutions, or categories, I will let you know before completing additional work and recommend the most appropriate add-on or higher-level service.
If I am able to answer a quick additional question without significantly expanding the scope of work, I am happy to do so. My goal is for you to feel informed, supported, and confident throughout the process—not nickel-and-dimed.
Step 3 — Personalized Research
I will conduct research based on the scope established through your intake questionnaire.
Depending on the request, research may include:
- Official websites
- Publicly available documents
- Current program or service information
- Contact details
- Costs and fees
- Eligibility requirements
- Application or enrollment steps
- Transportation access
- Location details
- Community or government resources
- Practical considerations
- Important deadlines
- Relevant policies
- Additional resources that may support your decision
Whenever possible, I will prioritize official and current information.
If information is unavailable, unclear, or conflicting, I will explain that rather than guessing.

The voice note may include:
- Key takeaways

This gives you both a written resource and a more personal explanation of the research.
One Clarification Round
After reviewing your PDF and voice note, you may submit one round of clarification questions related to the original research scope.
This clarification round is intended to:
- Explain something already included
- Clarify a finding
- Address a related follow-up question
- Help you better understand the final report
It does not include a new research project or an unrelated topic.
Complimentary Korea Starter Pack
Your purchase also includes the complimentary Korea Starter Pack, featuring helpful general resources to support your planning and relocation journey.
This bonus material is separate from your personalized research report.
Estimated Timeline
Most Sapphire research projects are completed within 14 days after the intake questionnaire and complete research request have been received.
The timeline may be affected by:
- The complexity of the topic
- The availability of current information
- Response times from organizations or institutions, when outreach is included
- Delays in receiving information from the client
- Requests that expand beyond the original scope
You will be informed if the project requires additional time.
Service Area
Sapphire research is focused primarily on:
- Seoul
- Incheon
- Gyeonggi-do
Requests involving Busan, Daegu, Jeju, Daejeon, Pohang, or other areas outside the primary service region may require a custom quote or an Executive Concierge Relocation Service.
Upgrade Options
If your needs expand beyond one focused research topic, you may be better served by another relocation package.
Examples include:
- Apartment tours and neighborhood insight
- Multi-neighborhood comparisons
- School, childcare, and housing comparisons
- Commute and lifestyle analysis
- Realtor coordination
- Full relocation planning
- On-the-ground support
- Custom relocation assistance outside Seoul, Incheon, and Gyeonggi-do
If I believe another package would better serve your needs, I will let you know before completing work outside the original scope.
